Doxiadis and/or Doxiadis Associates , of which he was a Vice-President until 1987. Parallel to the above he has held various posts within the non-profit Athens Technological Organization: he was Vice-President and Director of International Programs at the Athens Center of Ekistics (ACE) including the series of annual Delos Symposia and the Athens Ekistics Months. He was subsequently Director of the Graduate School of Ekistics while contributing to the research projects, and has been President of ACE since 1975. He took on the post of Acting Editor of Ekistics in 1977 and has been Editor since 1983. He is a Founding Member and has been Secretary-General/Treasurer of the World Society for Ekistics (WSE) since 1965.
