Globalism and hierarchical-local identity in emerging Basque planning

Abstract

The author is Professor Emeritus of Planning, Regional Development & Public Policy, University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, USA and Biarritz, France. He is a member - and currently an Executive Council member- of the World Society for Ekistics.
