Abstract

Each article with its full title is recorded upon three lines and cross-indexed by author, country, and up to four key-words indicating its main contents - by ekistic unit, ekistic element, historical period, and geographical location. These keywords are followed by one or more letters to indicate the contents of each article further in terms of diagrams, illustrations, maps, references, statistical tables, etc (see p. 295).
